How Do I Pay for My Order?
Paying for your furniture online is straightforward. Once you have selected your items, you will be prompted to choose your preferred payment method and guided through the checkout process step by step.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. As soon as your order is placed, an automated acknowledgement email will be sent to you containing a summary of your purchase. Once our team has processed your order, you will receive a second email with your full Decohive delivery details, including the expected delivery date
Will you assemble my furniture?
Assembly is not included as standard with our KM Furnitures Standard Delivery Service, but we do offer a professional fitting option for an additional charge.
To add assembly when placing your order, simply tick the Fitting Required box on the product page before completing your purchase.
What happens on the day of delivery?
Please ensure all access routes — including doorways, hallways, and staircases — are free from obstructions ahead of your delivery. You will also need to make sure that a responsible adult is present at the property to receive and sign for your order
